5 – CHEESY MEAT BITES
Main Ingredients:
800 grams of onion and tomato sausages
160 grams of cheese sticks
3 tablespoons of BBQ rub
½ cup of BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon of hot sauce

4 – CHEESEBURGER SPRINGS ROLLS
Ingredients:
Spring roll pastry sheets
Sliced burger cheese (processed cheddar)
500 grams (1.1lbs) 50/50 mix of coarsely ground brisket and chuck
250 grams (0.6lbs) of shredded tasty (cheddar),
Half of a brown or white onion (diced),
¼ cup of mustard
¼ cup of ketchup
2 tablespoons of this gherkin (pickle) relish
½ teaspoon of salt into the mix.
1 egg
Spray oil

3 – BACON WRAPPED DIM SIMS
Main Ingredients:
8 dim sims (Marathon brand)
16 slices of streaky bacon
1 tablespoon of BBQ rub (Four Monkeys BBQ)

Sauce Ingredients:
½ a cup of BBQ sauce (Heavenly Hell Hallelujah Hustle)
2 tablespoons of honey

2 – KRACKLE KRANSKY
INGREDIENTS:
Kransky’s – I prefer using the cheese ones myself.
Pork skin
Olive oil
Salt

1 – CHEESEBURGER PORK SHOTS
Ingredients:
Cabana (sliced into 2cm thick pieces)
Streaky bacon (one slice for each piece of cabana)
Onion (diced – 1/2 a tsp in each pork shot)
beef mince (fill each pork short, around a tbsp in each)
cheddar cheese slices (slice into quarters and place two on each pork shot)
Mustard
ketchep
Sliced pickles
BBQ Rub
BBQ Sauce
