Ep021. Back Rib barbecue
This time, I will make Back Rib Barbecue.
I prepared two back ribs.
[RECIPE]
0. Cut one piece as it is and the other piece along the bone for easy eating.
1. Bake the back rib in the oven.
Initially, use a cooking sheet on a baking tray to lay them out.
Fold the edges of the cooking sheet to stop oil from spilling onto the plate, making it easier to clean up later.
Season both sides of the back rib with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
Cut along the bone of the other piece for easier eating.
Season with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Done.
2. Bake at 210°C for 25 minutes.
I forgot to add garlic by mistake.
Pause halfway of baking and add garlic.
3. Add the surface of the ribs with barbecue sauce.
I like Kuehne’s Smoked Barbecue Sauce.
The back rib BBQ is ready.
The rib backs are so low in oil that even I, a senior, can eat this one without a problem. Why don’t you try making a barbecue with back ribs?
[TIPS] Back Rib?
The spare ribs are ventral ribs, whereas the back ribs are dorsal ribs.
[TIPS] BBQ sauce
If you add barbecue sauce from the start, it will burn. As a result, bake for about 5 minutes after applying the sauce.
