How to Smoke Perfect Pork Ribs with Cherry-Apple Glaze | Easy BBQ Recipe & Snake Method Tutorial

In this video, I’ll show you how to smoke delicious, tender pork ribs with a homemade cherry and apple glaze! Whether you’re a BBQ pro or a beginner, this easy-to-follow guide will walk you through everything you need to know to make mouthwatering ribs.

Homemade Cherry-Apple Glaze Recipe:
– 1/2 cup pitted cherries
– 1/4 cup apple juice
– 1/4 cup brown sugar
– 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (I used our Hook Shot BBQ Sauce)

Instructions:
– Blend all ingredients until smooth.
– Pour into a pot and bring to a boil over medium/high heat. Stir frequently.
– Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20-30 minutes until the glaze thickens.

Rib Preparation & Cooking:
– For this cook, I used baby back ribs, but this method works for spare ribs or St. Louis-style ribs as well!
– Trim the pork ribs and season with my Steak Shooter Spicy Rub.
– Smoke at 275°F (135°C) for 2 hours until the ribs develop a nice color and the rub sets on the meat.
– Wrap the ribs in foil with butter, honey, and brown sugar, then cook until they reach an internal temp of 205°F (96°C) and are probing tender in between the bones—around 1 hour more.
– Finish with the cherry-apple glaze, slice, and serve!
