★新大学を核に、スマートシティーの実証・実装フィールドとしても活用

■大阪公立大学 森之宮キャンパス概要（2025年開設予定）
コンセプトは「知の森」。
地上13階建、高さ約60ｍ、大阪城天守閣から見て生駒山の稜線をこえない高さとしています。
中庭からは大阪城を眺めることができます。
3層からなるピロティを支える伸びやかな形状の「樹形柱」、外壁に「コモレビスクリーン」なる縦型ルーバーを配置することで強い日差しを適度に遮り、やわらかな光を建物内部に取り入れます。
通常の大学では食堂･体育館･図書館などは、独立した建物であることが一般的ですが、森之宮キャンパスでは一棟に全て集約しており、特に「ライブラリー」は基幹教育エリアの中央に位置し日常動線上に配置しますので、これまで以上に学生が日常的に利用するとともに、地域住民や企業との連携、イノベーションを生み出す「場」となります。
■Osaka Metropolitan University Morinomiya Campus Overview (scheduled to open in 2025)
The concept is “Knowledge Forest”.
It is 13 stories above the ground, about 60m high, and has a height that does not exceed the ridgeline of Mt. Ikoma when viewed from the castle tower of Osaka Castle.
You can see Osaka Castle from the courtyard.
By arranging a “tree-shaped pillar” with a relaxed shape that supports the three-layer piloti and a vertical louver called a “comolebi（Sunbeams） screen” on the outer wall, strong sunlight is appropriately blocked and soft light is taken into the inside of the building.
In a normal university, the cafeteria, gymnasium, library, etc. are generally independent buildings, but on the Morinomiya campus, they are all integrated into one building, and the “library” is located in the center of the core education area.
Since it is placed on the daily flow line, it will be a place where students can use it on a daily basis, collaborate with local residents and companies, and create innovation.
