Oven-Baked BBQ Ribs: Perfectly Tender Every Time

Ingredients.
3 1/2 kilo of pork ribs.
1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp liquid smoker
1 tbsp onion flakes
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp sea salt.
1 tbsp sugar.
For the sauce: 1 cup of Ketchup, 1/4 cup of Maple or Maple Syrup we have 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar. 1/2 cup of pineapple juice, 1/4 cup of sugar. and finally salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation.
clean the rib removing excess fabric or fat from the side of the bones
Season it with the Worcestershire sauce 1/2 on each side, the liquid smoker, 1/2 tablespoon on each side and soak it well
add onion flakes, garlic and salt.
put in the oven already preheated to 180 g. c for an hour uncovered. and on a wire rack. if the grid has better legs.
take it out at the hour and add sugar, 1 tbsp
cover it well with aluminum and bake for 2 hours.
prepare the bbq sauce, as in the video and the ingredients above. for the bbq sauce mix well and thicken. remove from heat and reserve.
After 2 hours remove the ribs and uncover them. Put that rich sauce on it and only for 10 more minutes in the oven. Uncovered
take out and serve. enjoy
